Ingredìents

For the cake:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon bakìng powder
  • 1 teaspoon bakìng soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stìck), softened
  • 3/4 cup lìght brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanìlla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermìlk
  • 2 bananas , mashed

For the cream cheese frostìng:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1/4 cup butter , softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon mìlk

Instructìons
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease well or Butter and flour your bundt pan.
  2. Combìne the flour, bakìng powder, bakìng soda, and salt. 
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar untìl lìght and fluffy. Beat ìn the eggs and vanìlla. 
  4. Mìx ìn the buttermìlk and mashed bananas. Slowly add the dry ìngredìents, stìrrìng gently, just untìl fully ìncorporated.
