  • 2 cups Blackberries (washed)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar (divided)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  1. In a bowl mix together flour, milk, 1 cup sugar, & butter until batter forms. Pour into a greased 4 qt crockpot. Sprinkle in the washed blackberries. Top with the final 1/4 cup of sugar.
  2. Cover and cook on high 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.Gluten Free
  4. Use a gluten free flour mix.Dairy free
  5. Use a milk substitute like almond milk, and coconut oil or vegetable oil in place of the butter.
